We are pleased to announce the creation of Prometheus Capital, a REIT of diversified portfolio high-value, AAA residential and commercial properties, located in key markets in the Benelux region, with a focus on Brussels, the capital of the European Union.
After building and structuring the portfolio over the course of the last year, we are excited to launch Prometheus Capital with assets totalling over 12,000 square meters, occupying 12 buildings. We will continue rapidly growing and have several major projects in the pipeline, focusing on urban and sustainable project development.
