Ronald has 17 years of mergers and acquisitions experience and founded Prometheus Capital in 2019.

He is also the founder of Entrasite, a M&A advisory to family businesses, corporations, and shareholders in Europe and North America.

For the past ten years, he has helped companies of various sizes — from family-owned businesses to multi-national corporations — find solutions for growth and acquisition, and been trusted by them to deliver results.

Prior to founding Entrasite, Rozenbaum worked for Unilever in the European M&A division and then managed a private wealth portfolio for some family offices.

Ronald holds a Master of Business Engineering and Economics and an Executive Master of Finance from the Solvay Business School of Belgium. He is an occasional angel investor and a passional art collector.

Valéry was the CFO of Immobel and Ascencio between 2010 and 2018, spanning his expertise across two major Belgian REITs. He has over 13 years of premier experience within the Belgian real estate market, having led Deloitte Real Estate division from 2008-2009.

He graduated from the Solvay Business School in Belgium, where he is currently a professor of Advance Accounting, specializing in the Belgian fiscal policy.

Elie spent 15 years with Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director, responsible amongst other things for the "Solution Business desk”, corresponding to the most highly structured transactions of the trading floor. He also built businesses from scratch such as the Fund Derivatives desk. After Goldman Sachs, Elie briefly joined a Berlin-based FinTech incubator as a partner, before setting up his own FinTech venture. In parallel, he also acts as a non-executive director of different companies and built 2 real estate portfolios in and around Paris.

Elie is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique in France, and relocated recently in Brussels with his family.
